2Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing completely authentic, verifiable, and accurate information and documents. Any visa refusal resulting from fraudulent documents, undisclosed medical conditions, or hidden criminal records is entirely the responsibility of the applicant.
3Fees and Payments
Consultancy fees are strictly for the services provided by Bir Immigration. These fees do not include government visa fees, biometric charges, medical exam fees, or university application fees unless explicitly stated otherwise. Refund policies on consultancy fees vary by case type and will be outlined in your specific retainer agreement.
4Processing Times
Any processing times quoted by our consultants are estimates based on standard averages published by immigration authorities. We cannot guarantee exact processing timeframes as they are subject to government processing volumes and background checks.
5Limitation of Liability
